Summer Festival at the Castle
Saturday 27th July | 11am-3pm

Join The Black Watch Castle and Museum for their annual Summer Festival. This Army life themed event promises to be a fun-filled family day, out brimming with interactive entertainment, live music, fun hands-on activities, crafts, tours and much more. The festival will open at 11am with a performance from The Black Watch Pipes and Drums.
All young visitors will be invited to join the Junior Black Watch Battalion. The new recruits will receive their enlistment card and be given the mission of completing exciting activities throughout the day. They can then attend the passing out parade and be awarded with medals by their commanding officer!

Join The Black Watch
Find out what makes the Black Watch unique, take part in marching drills and learn about the fitness tests that new recruits have to do to join the Army. All our young explorers will be invited to showcase their marching drill at our Summer Festival on Saturday 27th July.
