The John Wylie Collection
The grandson of Lt-Col John Wylie, 1/6th Black Watch, WW1, has shared his collection with our local Museum display at Aberfeldy. I will post a number of them here over time and I'm sure you will enjoy seeing them. (1) Camp Largoward (2) Monzie

Quick March!
Do not know where this was taken but probably a pre-war camp?

Hi Bill, it's still there but on a different thread. I thought it best to separate them as they were not from same collection, and a different era. Thanks again for your help on that one. That thread is here

Carlingnose, North Queensferry, 1913, Church of Scotland Guild Tent. This is from John Wylie's collection and I imagine 6th Black Watch but note the trews.

I notice Ron has a similar postcard of this http://blackwatchforums.co.uk/showth...ll=1#post87547

Yes this is the same lady in the black dress. Is there anything written on the reverse?
Ron.
