Mike, have edited photo to get a clearer view.
It is interesting to see the badge worn in the T-O-S; some wear the hackle; others wear just the badge;and some both.
There are no shoulder titles being worn, the man wearing a bi-metal badge front row is not wearing sgts stripes.
