    WW1 Cards

    These are obviously not Black Watch, but they are cards that I've just inherited from cousin.

    These cards were all sent by my Grandfather to his wife during the war, interestingly he also sent individual cards to each of his four children

    I have about a dozen of these embroidered cards, the colours are still as vibrant now as they were 100 years ago.

    At present they have never been seen by any member of the family for over 50 years and to the best of my knowledge jut kept in an old box.

    I'll get round to posting some more later
