    Thanks for posting Al. Derek Young also wrote Forgotten Scottish Voices from the Great War with Scottish soldiers giving their experiences in their own words. I read it some time ago and found the book difficult to put down as the first hand accounts and voices of these men through the years echoed many emotions and tears of the time they lived through the Great War. I trust Scottish Voices from the Second World War will be as good a read.
