    Group of old men and young boys, most wearing BW badges a couple of GS badges and two other Scots.
    Can only assume that 453rd refers to a Labour Company cant find any info on that number.

    Killin War Memorial unveiled 27th October 1920.
    Depicts a highland soldier of WW1 sculptured by Alex Carrick ARSA.
    Plaque bears the name of several members of the Regiment, a further plaque was added for those killed in WW2.

    1919-36: 1 BW Somewhere hot. India; Sudan
    1922-1937: 2BW Home postings. Bordon, Hants, not so hot. Fort George 1925-31, even less hot. Glasgow 1933- 1937....

    Perhaps, taking a flying punt- 1931-35: 1 BW, Meerut. 1931-33: 2 BW, Colchester.
