    The only real value is to the military historian I bought this from a dealer in ephemera. If I were to donate it to the museum it would go into the archive never to be seen again, but I would gladly loan it to them so they could study it. My posting it on here ensures many people can view it.

    There were 4 Lt Dicksons serving at that time I dont know which one he is.
