    I belive this to be Daniel Foy (see above) now a Sgt photo possibly taken in India.
    He is wearing regimental pattern buttons.

    2/Lt Rawdon-Hastings.
    Print taken from original 5x8 glass negative from the studio of Alexander Bassano Old Bond St, a society photographer responsible for the famous Kitchener poster "Your Country needs You".
    He wears the ribbon of GV Coronation medal having served as one of the pages to his uncle the Earl of Loudon on that occasion.
    His full name was Edward Hugh Hastings Rawdon-Hastings, son of The Hon Paulyn Francis Cuthbert Abney-Hastings Major and Lady Maud Rawdon Hastings.
    Joined the 2nd Bn from the UK 7th June 1915 reported sick 7th Sept 1915, died of enteric fever in Stationary Hospital no 14 on 15th Sept 1915 just 20 years old.
    He is buried in Wimereux Communial Cemetery grave ref 111.0.1.
