1VBRH marching in Dundee circa 1900? I dont know the occasion but of note is the Drum Major wearing a Guards style bearskin I wonder what badge he wears?

T/6/RH A Coy in trenches at Festubert June 1915 four weeks after arriving in France.
Four men are named but I dont know who's who?
Pte Deane, L/Cpl Newel, Majury and L/Cpl Willis.
Newel and Willis were shot and killed on a patrol into no-mans-land on the 10th June this would be only a day or so after this picture was taken.
For bringing them in under fire the first decorations awarded-to the 6th were received. Pte Jenkins the D.C.M, Pte Deane the Croix de Guerre, Pte Macdonald MID.
You will notice that the men are wearing brass badges.
