Victorian officers s/p & gilt glengarry badge C1881.
Cast s/p back star mounted with a gilt overlay surmounted with a pinched style of Victorian crown. Silver St. Andrew to the centre has a separate tang for the cotter pin which is made of blued steel.
I believe this was the first pattern adopted by the 2nd Bn in 1881, see page 8 post no 74 for the Sgts version.

Art Deco style gilt brass cigarette case measuring 3 x 4 inches.
Monogram top left corner EFW, inscribed to the interior "From the men 23.7.39".
Mounted with a pre 1936 sweetheart brooch, the three holes present are for sewing badge to dress material.
Just before the outbreak of WW2 haven't been able to identify EFW.

    36-52 SNCO's glengarry badge by Anderson's.
Cast S/P back star bearing Anderson's name plate, mounted with a gilt overlay (IT) spelling.
To the centre separate 42 numerals. For the (ET) spelling version see post no 236.
